All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Orders placed by mistake
  • Delayed delivery caused by carriers beyond our control

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Doughliciousrise@gmail.com. 

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier issues
